Acotiza LLC (“Acotiza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making the Acotiza CITAS marketing websites and SaaS platform reasonably accessible to people with disabilities. This Accessibility Statement describes our approach, known limitations, and how to request assistance.
This statement applies to the Acotiza CITAS platform marketing sites (English and Spanish landings) and the software experiences we operate for salon businesses, including public salon booking sites, client portals, and administrative tools, to the extent under our control.
Third-party services embedded in or linked from the Service (for example payment processors, maps, or messaging providers) are governed by those providers’ own accessibility practices.

Salon-branded public sites may include custom images, colors, or text entered by each business. Those businesses are responsible for the accessibility of content they publish.
