Accessibility Statement — Acotiza CITAS

Acotiza LLC (“Acotiza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making the Acotiza CITAS marketing websites and SaaS platform reasonably accessible to people with disabilities. This Accessibility Statement describes our approach, known limitations, and how to request assistance.

1. Scope

This statement applies to the Acotiza CITAS platform marketing sites (English and Spanish landings) and the software experiences we operate for salon businesses, including public salon booking sites, client portals, and administrative tools, to the extent under our control.

Third-party services embedded in or linked from the Service (for example payment processors, maps, or messaging providers) are governed by those providers’ own accessibility practices.

2. Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where practicable, and to improve accessibility as we design and update features.

Our efforts include semantic HTML structure, keyboard-operable controls where supported, form labels and error messaging, sufficient color contrast in core UI themes, and alternative text for meaningful images on marketing pages.

3. Measures we take

We work to support accessibility by:

Considering accessibility during design and development of new features.
Reviewing key flows (landing, registration, booking, and admin navigation) with manual checks and automated tooling when practical.
Providing bilingual content (English and Spanish) for primary marketing and legal pages.
Responding to accessibility feedback and prioritizing remediations that remove barriers for users.

4. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Examples may include complex calendar interfaces, rich CMS content uploaded by salon administrators, PDF or image-based materials, and older browser or assistive-technology combinations.

Salon-branded public sites may include custom images, colors, or text entered by each business. Those businesses are responsible for the accessibility of content they publish.

5. Feedback and assistance

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of Acotiza CITAS, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us. We will work with you to provide the information or a reasonable alternative where feasible.

6. Compatibility

We design for modern evergreen browsers and commonly used assistive technologies. Experience may vary with outdated browsers, unsupported devices, or highly customized assistive setups.

7. Assessment approach

Accessibility is assessed through a combination of internal reviews, automated checks, and consideration of user feedback. This statement is not a formal third-party certification.

8. Updates

We may update this Accessibility Statement as our products and practices evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
