When a salon or business customer uses Acotiza CITAS to manage staff or clients, that business typically decides what client data to collect and how to use it. In those cases, the salon is responsible for providing appropriate notices to its clients and for lawful processing of their data.

Acotiza processes that data to provide the Service to the salon under our agreement with them. Salons should not upload sensitive information unless it is necessary for their services and permitted by applicable law.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us host, secure, send email/SMS, process payments, analyze usage, or provide customer support.
• Payment processors such as Stripe to complete subscription or appointment-related payments.

Salon public websites and booking flows may display business contact details and appointment-related information as configured by each salon.
